 We will train the targeting at real missions... Here is the mission : "Moroccan Mission # 01 - Hot Foot"... This picture is related to the this mission... It is the starting page... Let us read the primary and secondary objectives... The primary objective is destruction of "Mig - 19 Farmer"... First, we have to select appropriate air - to - air missiles... The secondary objective is destruction of 4 "T - 63 Tanks"... Second, we have to select appropriate air - to - ground missiles... |
 Then, we will select required arms and fuel tanks... Here is my selection for the mission : "Moroccan Mission # 01 - Hot Foot"... Main fuel tank, 4 AIM 9 M air - to - air missiles, 2 x 3 AGM - 65 G air - to - ground missiles and 2 x 3 MK - 82 iron bombs... It is OK... |
 First, we have to find the enemy aircraft "Mig - 19 Farmer"... To do this, we have to set the mode "NAV", then set the radars range "20 NM" (It depends on the enemy's distance, may be "40 NM"...) and importantly, select the air - to - air missiles by pressing  We have found it at "40 NM" and it was locked by our radar... Do not shoot !!! Because, if you read the specifications of "AIM 9 M", carefully, it's range is "10 NM"... Therefore go on and target it until you reach it at "10 NM"... |
 The two circles indicates that you are very far away from the target... While you are getting closer and closer to the enemy aircraft, decrease your radar's range step by step until the "10 NM"... Now, it is time to shoot... Pres
