Sitede bulunan ve Robin Lush’in 1975 ve 1977’de İzmir’de çektiği tüm fotoğrafların telif hakkı kendisine aittir. Bu sitede bulunan ve Robin Lush’a ait olan fotoğraflar kendisinden özel yazılı izinle tarafımdan alınmıştır. Hiçbir şekilde başka elektronik ortamlarda kullanılamaz. Eğer daha fazla İzmir ve Türkiye ile ilgili görüntüye bakılmak istenirse linkler bölümünde bulunan Turkish Railways Enthusiast sayfalarını ziyaret edebilirsiniz.
Sitede bulunan kendi çektiğim fotoğrafların dışındaki tüm benim dışımda çekilmiş fotoğrafların yayın hakkı da yine fotoğrafı çeken kişilere aittir. Onlardan özel izin alınmadan hiçbir şekilde görsel ve yazılı basında kullanılamaz.
Yazılı içeriğin tüm yayın hakkı da kendime aittir. İzin alınmadan başka ortamlarda ancak kısa alıntılar yapılabilir ya da link verilebilir.
İşim gereği (Sistem Güvenlik Sorumlusu) her an internette ve hobi gruplarım yüzünden de sürekli Google arama moturunda bulunmaktayım. İzinsiz kullanımı çok çabuk zamanda fark ederim.
Yine Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesinde görevli olmam nedeniyle suiistimal durumlarında başınız derde girebilir. Hocalarım zaman zaman İzmir mahkemelerinde bilişim suçları konusunda bilirkişi olarak görev yapmaktadırlar. Sitemdeki görsel ve yazılı malzemeyi izinsiz kullananlarla seve seve mücadele eder ve sonuca ulaşırım.

I hope you would remember me. I work at Izmir's 9 Eylul University. I had
answered an inquiry by you a few years back regarding the aquadic arcs in
Sirinevler and Selcuk. I am now preparing a web site on Izmir's old
trains and my memories related to them. Unfortunately, I only have current
pictures that I had taken, in which the locomotives are diesel powered. I
have a lot storied to tell, but no pictures on these steam trains (I was
only a small child in the 70s). I would like to ask your permission to use
a few of the photographs you have taken in Izmir. If your answer is
affirmative, I would provide information and links on you together with the
document that I have your permission to use the photographs. I'm looking
forward to receiving your response.

Thank you for asking my permission to use some of my pictures on your
proposed web site covering Izmir's old railway trains. I have no
objections in you using the pictures referred to as long as they are
credited to me and that no monetary gain is made from them. A link to my

univerisity and there is absolutely no monetary gain associated with it.
