variable.gif shows the System Variables screen in a web browser. The System Variables screen has three main areas, a header, a body and a footer, Each separated by a horizontal line.
The header contains the following elements:
- The Oracle iSQL*Plus logo in the top left.
- The five standard iSQL*Plus icons in the top right. They are:
- Logout - with a clear background to indicate it is available.
- New Session - with a clear background to indicate it is available.
- History - with a clear background to indicate it is available.
- Preferences - with a blue background to indicate it is active.
- Help - with a clear background to indicate it is available.
- The breadcrumbs navigation line is located under the Oracle iSQL*Plus logo. It shows Work Screen > Preferences > System Variables. Work Screen and Preferences are underlined links back to their respective screens.
- The screen title "System Variables" is under the breadcrumbs line.
The body has a four items in the top row:
- A dropdown list labelled "Quick link" and with an associated Go button on the left.
- Two buttons labelled OK and Cancel on the right.
The remaining part of the body shows left side headings for groups of elements on the right. There are three groups visible. They are:
- Appinfo which labels a group of two radio buttons and a text input field. The radio buttons are labelled On and Off, Off is set. The text field contains "iSQL*Plus"
- ArraySize which is one text input field with the value 15
- AutoCommit which labels a group of three radio buttons and a text input field. The radio buttons are labelled On, Immediate and Off, Off is set. The text field is blank.
The web browser status line shows the text "Connected as: SYSTEM@9IR7".
The footer cannot be seen as the page is too long.
