This figure shows the relationship between an original and a replicated Identity Management Infrastructure and Metadata Repository.

The figure consists of a master host and a replica. The master host has a master repository that contains a Single Sign-On schema and an OID Schema. The Single Sign-On Server accesses the Single Sign-On schema and communicates with the OID Server, which accesses the OID schema. The master host also contains DAS and DIP instances.

The OID server communicates with the replica host, Host 2, through LDAP-based replication. The replica host contains copies of all of the components of the master host.
