This is the Infrastructure recovery screen. At the top, three fields list the Configuration Files Backup Location, the Log File Location and the Metadata Repository Database Backup Location.

The Available Backups field has a drop-down menu from which you pick the backup you want to restore. You can click the Recover Control Files checkbox to recover the control files.
