The figure shows a screen shot of the Verify Standalone Database dialog in Oracle Fail Safe.

In the Database Information section of the dialog, the Service Name field contains MRDB, the Instance Name field also contains MRDB. The Database Name and the Parameter File fields are empty.

In the Account section of the dialog, "Use operating system authentication" is selected.
