This illustration shows the page for editing the Parameter Details or the Predicate Details that apply to the Validity Rule.

The Parameter Details include the maximum value, minimum value, and default value for the validity period applicable to a certificate. These values are used only when a certificate request does not match any predicates in the Predicate Details section.

The Predicate Details would include any predicates to be matched against certificate requests, and if a match occurred, the corresponding values specified with the predicate would be used for that certificate's validity period.
