This is a text description of Figure 7-10, "Partner LU Dialog Box".

The text preceding the figure describes the use of this dialog box.

The figure is a screen capture image and contains example data that may not match your system. You must make selections appropriate for your system. The window title bar has the name: "Partner LU".

The client area^* contains several lines of data and a row of three buttons at the bottom.

The first line in the client area contains the phrase "Partner LU name" followed by two edit boxes that are separated by a decimal point. The first edit box contains the entry "ORACLE", and the second edit box contains the entry "D41CLU".

In the next section, three lines of data are outlined with the title "Partner LU characteristics".

The first of these three lines has the word "Alias" followed by an edit box with the entry "D41CLU", which is followed by the term "(Optional)".

The second of these three lines has the phrase "Uninterpreted name" followed by an edit box with the entry "D41CLU", which is followed by the term "(Optional)".

The next (last) line in the client area has the word "Description" followed by an edit box with the entry "D41C - DB2 W4.1".

The bottom section has the three buttons, which are labeled: "OK", "Cancel", and "Help".
