Reduced room rates have been negotiated for delegates of the GEOMED2013 at the conference venue (Rose Hotels) on June 9-13, 2013. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for delegates at the Rose Hotels. The rooms will be released on a first-come, first-served basis. So, early registration is suggested.

Rose Hotel is a large and elegant hotel that overlooks its own stretch of sandy beach in the resort of Kemer on the coastline known as the Turkish Riviera on coast of Mediterranean Sea. You can enjoy the sun and summer on a beautiful beach.

Prices are subject to change. Exchange rate 1 US$ = 0.78 Euro. We retain the right to adjust the prices according to the changed exchange rate.

To Guarantee your hotel reservation, fee is required. Reservations without paid can not be accepted.

Accommodation must be booked before 10 April 2013, after this date we cannot guarantee the same rates or availability.

Cancellation: The reservation fee is refundable if the cancellation received within15 May 2013. But it will be subject to a 30 Euro Bank transaction charge.
Cancellation received between 15-30 May: will be subject to a 50 Euro transaction charge. Cancellation received after 30 May fee will be charged in full. No-shows full penalty (no refund). If a change is needed after sending your fees please contact us directly at: geomed@deu.edu.tr
