About Kemer:
Kemer is a seaside resort in the province of
Antalya, Turkey which lies along the Gulf of Antalya
on the Mediterranean sea on the skirts of western
Taurus mountains. It is approximately 40 km from the
city of Antalya. One of the major attractions of
Kemer is its natural beauty. The sea, forest and
mountains combine in harmony. The shore that starts
from Beldibi to Tekirova is consisted of completely
natural beaches with many small and large natural
bays along the shore. Kemer has shown a great
development in the past years. Because of the
tourism related investments, it includes a large
amount of bed capacity of the Antalya region. Kemer
is also a good example of a modern urbanization. The
infrastructure being successfully completed, the
transportation being easy, the availability of every
kind of communication services and the municipalital
service to be largely increased turns Kemer into a
comfortable and peaceful holiday resort and gives it
an internationally accepted reputation
About Antalya:
Antalya is known as the Turkish Riviera. The sun,
sea, nature and history combine to form a very
popular resort, highlighted by some of the cleanest
beaches in the Mediterranean. The 650km shoreline of
the province is liberally scattered with ancient
cities, harbors, memorial tombs and beaches,
secluded coves and lush forests, many of which are
easily accessible from the city. With its palm-lined
boulevard, internationally-acclaimed marina, and old
castle with traditional architecture, all set amidst
a modern city, Antalya is a major tourist centre in
Turkey. In addition to the wide selection of hotels,
restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops, the city
also plays host to a number of sporting events
throughout the year, like International Beach
Volleyball, triathlon, golf tournaments, archery,
tennis and canoeing competitions. The main area of
interest in the city is central old quarter within
the Roman walls, known as Kaleici, and there are
many good museums. The provincial capital is Antalya
city with a population of 714,000.The climate in
Antalya bears the Mediterranean climate features.
The mild weather conditions offer holiday
possibilities in all seasons. Sometimes you can
experience four seasons in one day in Kemer. 300
days of the year are sunny.

How to get to Antalya:
By Air:
Antalya is well connected to other parts of Turkey
by regular scheduled flights from Istanbul and
Ankara. There are also direct scheduled flights as
well as charter flights from major cities in Europe.
Antalya airport is 10km east of the city centre and
it has two international terminals that are located
near to each other and there is a free shuttle
service operating 24 hours a day between the two
terminals. Please check the following links to get

By Road:
Turkey has a vast system of intercity coaches and
that’s the most convenient method of internal
transport, especially for travel to southern Turkish
resorts. Coach services are reasonably priced.
Antalya is easily accessed from most parts of the
country. Major routes include Istanbul (12 hours),
Ankara (7 hours) and Izmir (6.30 hours). The main
bus station in Antalya (Yeni Garaj) is 4km north of
the city centre.
Because of the competition among the private bus
companies, the quality of services is quite high as
well. Some of the best companies include: Ulusoy (website:
www.ulusoy.com.tr), which serves international
destinations, Ankara, the Black Sea, as well as
Izmir and Antalya. Varan (website:
www.varan.com.tr), which also serves international,
western and southern routes. Kamil Koç (website:
www.kamilkoc.com.tr), which serves a wide range of
destinations throughout Turkey, including Bursa,
Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Bodrum, Fethiye and
Canakkale. Long journeys are usually made at night,
leaving Istanbul between 22:00 and 24:00 and
arriving at the destination in the morning.
There are bus services to Istanbul from some major
cities in France, Germany and Greece. Please see the
web sites of bus companies such as Ulusoy
(www.ulusoy.com.tr) and Varan (www.varan.com.tr) for
their international routes.
How to get to Kemer:
From Antalya Bus Station:
There is a transportation by minibus from Antalya
