In this study, in the patients with migraine, who admitted to Uludağ University, Medical Faculty, Neurology outpatient Department in 1993-1994; Dexamethason Suppression Test and Prolactin Stimulation Test have been studied for investigating of hypothalamic pitutary axis function and also in healty controls.

Our resutls showed that the hypothalamic pıtutary-adrenal axis which played a role on the pathogenesis of Migraine as a part of primary central involvement.
