We present a case with acute global aphasia without hemiparesis. Neuroradiological investigations showed two separate hemorrhagic infarct areas on anterior and posterior language cortices. Noted that global aphasia without hemiparesis, depending on two seperate embolic lesions, shows a more rapid recovery then traditional global aphasia.
