İ.Özcan Ertürk, Münife Müftüoğlu

A rare form of parkinsonism has been firstly described by Klawans as Hemiparkinsonism-Hemiatrophy syndrome. The four patients originally reported had slowly progressive parkinsonism that remained unilateral, early dystonia, and relatively poor response to levoDopa therapy. We reported a case with such clinical features.
