Syncope and Epilepsy

In patients with sudden loss of conscious, differentiation of syncope and epilepsy is not easy in all cases. History and clinical presentations are very important in diagnosis. Also, detailed evaluation of patients in the light of history is necessary. Combined ambulatory EEG and ECG monitorization must be made in cases with atypical presentation.
