Dyke-Davidoff Syndrome (DDS) is characterized congenital hypoplasia or acquired atrophy which variable degrees of unilateral loss of cerebral hemisphere.In this paper, two cases with neuroradiological imaging and clinical findings such as cranio-facial asymmetry,hemiparesis and epileptic seizures, presented.
