Gliomatosis cerebri is a diffuse infiltrative glial neoplasm frequently involving both cerebral hemisphere. The clinical findings are nonspecific and disproportionate to the extent of brain involvement.. MRI is better than CT in the diagnosis. Certain diagnosis was only made by using post-mortem histopathological investigation. Nevertheless, awareness ot this entity and correlation of clinical, radiologic and multiple stereotactic biopsy findings may give way to antemortem diagnosis. There is no long term effective treatment, and prognosis remains very poor.
