DOPA responsive dystonia: A report in two siblings

DRD is a generalized dystonia that begins in childhood. The disease is characterized with diurnal fluctuations and a remarkable response to L- DOPA. In this paper two sibling cases to demonstrating the same clinical features are reported. Both of the siblings showed marked improvement with low doses of L- DOPA.
