The neuroanemic syndrome is a widespread disorder occuring as a result of vitamin B12 (cobalamin) deficiency, that involves both the central and the peripheric nervous system. In this study, we evaluated the clinical, laboratory and electrophysiological findings of the twenty five patients hospitalized in our clinic with a diagnosis of neuroanemic syndrome in between 1989-1995. The diagnostic value of these findings were discussed in the view of the literature.
