** From airport to Ege University Konukevi / Misafirhane (Hotel of Ege University):

1) Your first alternative is IZBAN train which travels between Cumaovasi and Cigli.

There is a train statiton at Adnan Menderes Airport. Take the train in the direction of Cigli and get out of at Halkapinar station. At this station you need to change to Izmir Metro which operates between Ucyol and Bornova. Then get on Metro in direction to Bornova and get off at the last stop. Then you can reach to the Konukevi by a bus. There are mainly two busses passing infront of to the Hotel of Ege University (Known as Lojman). Bornova Metro -> Izyuva (450) and Bornova Metro -> Karacam (315). Or you can take a taking a taxi (costs ~ 8 - 9 TL) in easy way.

2) Your second alternative is ESHOT bus which travels between airport and Bornova Metro. (Bornova metro-Otogar-Havaalani numbered 204). At the last stop you should get on the busses Bornova Metro -> Izyuva (450) and Bornova Metro -> Karacam (315) to reach to the Hotel of Ege University. But taking a taxi not much (costs ~ 8 - 9 TL ).

3) Last, but luxury alternative is of course taking a taxi from Airport to Ege University Konukevi (Misafirhane) which costs ~ 55 - 60 TL.

** From Otogar (Bus station) to Ege University Konukevi / Misafirhane (Hotel of Ege University):

Every bus company has own shuttles, and get on a Bornova shuttle. Get out of from shuttle at Ege University Lojmanlari.

** From Ege University Konukevi / Misafirhane (Hotel of Ege University) to meeting/school venue:

1) The easiest way to arrive the conference venue is taking a taxi. There will be COST students staying at the hotel, so you can share the taxi. It costs approximately 20 - 25 TL.

2) Time-consuming way to reach to the meeting venue is getting on bus. There is a bus stop close to the hotel, get on the busses numbered 62 or 63 (Ege Univ Kampus - Gumruk) and get off at stop named Montro station. Then you should walk (~ 5 - 7 min).
