With Oracle Application Server Forms Services, the userid parameter value is not included in the HTML generated by the Forms Servlet.
By default, this feature enables Forms Services to:
Specify the user/password@database using a parameter called ÒuseridÓ (not case-sensitive). This is already done if you are using the default baseHTML files, which are provided when Oracle Forms is installed. They contain syntax like "userid=%userid%".
Use the Forms Servlet rather than static HTML files.
