Notice : To distinguish the "Top Guns", the total point of whom completed the primary objective is multiplied by coefficient of 3
and the total point of whom completed the both the primary and the secondary objectives is multiplied by coefficient of 4...
In addition, "Top Guns" who had an aircraft kills of 3 and 6, at least, same coefficients are being used, respectively...
