Dear Students,
Dokuz Eylul University, The Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Natural
Building Stones and Gem Stones Program aim to graduate experts of natural stones
and gem stones field who are responsible to humanitarian needs and environmental
conditions, aware of studying and self-development, open- minded and able to state
their opinions under all circumstances.
Preparing the students to academic and researcher career of natural stones and
gemstones by having expert graduates of their fields of post-graduate level basic
and practical science topics, having problem- solving ability, knowing how to get
to the information, having ability to make independent decisions, accommodating to
the needs of the developing world, educating remarking- synthesizing researchers,
trying to find solutions to basic problems of their fields. At our multidisciplinar
program, progressive university members are dealing with all the academic matters
of our students and trying to find solutions.
