Before you submit your paper, please make sure that:
• no author information is mentioned on the paper
• you submit within appropriate track • you submit your paper in PDF format • your submission meets all requirements of “Guidelines for Authors” • you fill the submission form Related to multiple submissionsAuthors may submit more than one paper, but only one can be accepted as first author Authors who wish to participate in the 3rd BIC need to send their full-paper in PDF format and submission form to the following e-mail address: 3bic@deu.edu.tr This submission should be completed no later than the 23rd of May, 2011.
