All accepted papers will be included in an edited conference proceedings CD-ROM (Paper evaluation will be realized over the full papers. After the evaluation process, the papers will be published as full paper or extended abstract based on the authors' request) and a book of abstracts will be published.

In addition, the Scientific Committee of the Third Biennial International Conference on Services Marketing has agreed to publish the selected papers of the Conference in the following prestigious journal(s):
